• Any proposal outlines scope, fees and timelines. Work begins once scope and first invoice (if any) are agreed.
• Fees exclude third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, tools, stock assets) unless stated.
• We aim for realistic outcomes but do not guarantee specific results such as sales or rankings.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets and approvals.
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply.
• Comply with applicable advertising policies and laws.

5. Payment

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may pause work until settled.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing IP and frameworks. Upon full payment, you receive a licence (or ownership as agreed) to deliverables created for you.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end ongoing work with written notice. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

10. Third-party links & tools

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or policies.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
